I am currently listening to my new (new to me anyway) washer do a load of laundry...in my new laundry room!!!!!!!!!!!! The excitement!!

The excitement!!!! As we get older the small things excite us don't they. It will be so much handier for you to have the laundry upstairs. I will have to check it out when we come for Thanksgiving

WOW!! I can only imagine how it is. Nice you could get it upstairs, that is so much handier. You will be available to answer the phone when I call, You won`t be far away in the basement.
